Cancel within 7 days of signing and before setup begins, and the pilot fee is refunded in full.

You pay in your own currency. The prices are a reference; the invoicing currency is agreed in the contract and settled by bank transfer — no payments are taken on this website.

Terms

All prices plus VAT. Minimum term 12 months; cancellable at any month-end during the first month.

Included in the setup price: connection to one (1) data source (CSV/Excel, REST API or database access), setup of the standard modules, one (1) alignment call, plus handover and onboarding (up to 2 hours). Not included: development of new interfaces to proprietary systems, data cleansing, customisations to client systems. Further work billed at $105/hour (≈ €95). Work beyond two hours requires a written estimate approved by you in advance — no additional work starts without your written approval.
